TrueCar was built on a simple mission: make car buying easier. But while the automotive industry has advanced, the buying experience has largely stayed the same. Prices shift constantly. Incentives are scattered. Dealer offers are hard to compare. The market became more complex, but the experience never became smarter.

This work evolves TrueCar into a more intelligent, data-driven shopping experience, not just a refreshed brand. Alongside the new identity system, the product and app were redesigned to feel more live, personalized, and useful at every step. The goal was to create an experience that actively helps shoppers understand the market, find relevant inventory, uncover available incentives, and compare the best offers with more confidence.

Across product strategy, UI systems, interaction patterns, typography, color, motion, and product storytelling, the experience was rebuilt to feel more modern, authoritative, and responsive. Less like browsing listings. More like having the market analyzed for you.
